Booking Policy

Prepayment

In order to facilitate a hassle-free experience, all services require credit card payment in full upon booking to reserve your session. No exceptions.

Health & Wellness

Please be considerate of your artist's and their other clients’ health. If you are sick, then please reschedule as soon as possible. If you arrive to your session with visible symptoms of illness, then your appointment may be cancelled at your artist's discretion and no refunds will be provided.

Tardiness

Please be respectful of your artist's time as well as that of their other clients, and arrive in a timely manner.

Clients should be prompt in arriving at the scheduled time. Clients who arrive late or are unable to begin on time will not be guaranteed full service, and the client will remain responsible for all fees as outlined in this agreement. If you are running behind, please let us know as soon as possible at 715 539 6343. Arrivals over ten minutes late without any communication will be determined to be no shows. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate those with regular tardiness, last minute cancellations, and/or no-call/no-shows.

Reschedules 

We understand that things may come up, and will allow for any individual session to be rescheduled one time only without requiring a new booking. If you find that you must reschedule your appointment for any reason, it is requested that it be made known as soon as possible as the time may be made available for other clients. We appreciate your cooperation. New sessions must be scheduled to take place within 90 calendar days of the initial booking. After which time, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking will need to be made.

Gratuity

For satisfactory services, 20% gratuity is customary for personal body art. Your generosity is very much appreciated.

Methods of Payment

Should you choose to add additional services to your session we are able to accommodate payments with all major credit/debit cards, CashApp, or cash.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on henna services or gift certificates. Your business and experience is very important to us.
